About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations, strengthen financial controls, support strategic planning, and partner with teams across a creative and values-led organisation. We are currently only considering candidates who are available immediately or at short notice.
?? Key Responsibilities
*Lead the day-to-day finance function and manage finance team members.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations, charity requirements, and internal controls.
*Improve financial systems, processes, reporting, and procurement practices.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and cash flow reporting.
*Support payroll, VAT, taxation, audits, and statutory reporting.
*Provide financial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders.
*Support commercial activity, contracts, fundraising budgets, and restricted funds management.
*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase income.
What We’re Looking For
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or finalist level
*Strong experience in finance leadership, reporting, and business partnering.
*Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
*Experience in charity, education, arts, or not-for-profit sectors desirable.

*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
