Introduction
We are recruiting for experienced and reliable Groundworkers / Groundwork Gangers to join a well-established groundwork contractor based out of Ross-on-Wye. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
The role will involve travelling to commercial groundwork projects, working as part of a skilled and supportive team.
The Role
*Block paving
*Concreting
*Slabbing and paving installation
*Kerb laying
*Drainage works
*General groundwork duties
*Operating tools and small plant safely
*Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
*Previous experience in groundworks is essential
*Valid CSCS card
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications / Tickets
The following would be highly advantageous:
*Excavator Ticket - CPCS or NPORS
*Street Works (NRSWA)
*NVQ in Groundworks
*First Aid
*Fire Marshal
*EUSR C.A.T & Genny
