Full job descriptionThis skincare brand are looking for a talented and detail oriented Lead Designer with a background in beauty and/or fashion. This person will join their in-house creative team and will report directly to the Creative Director.

*Brand Ownership, Responsibility and Creative Delivery
*Background in print and digital assets
*Retail VM and POS Design
*Shoots, Production and Creative Coordination
*Helping with campaigns
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
*Strong knowledge of Figma
*Supporting with creative casting and photoshoots
*Art working and confident in proofing
*Familiarity with AI creative tools
*Manage multiple briefs in a fast paced environment
Profile
*Confident working in a fast paced environment
*Background in print assets
*Worked with beauty retailers
*Experience presenting to creative directors and senior stakeholders
