Full job descriptionEquifind are working with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality group seeking an Interim Finance Manager to hit the ground running for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on, high-impact assignment where you’ll step straight into the senior leadership team, bring structure and insight to a scaling business. The business is looking for someone who can truly hit the ground running - taking ownership from day one while helping shape the finance function for the future.
What you’ll own
*Ownership of monthly management accounts, board packs, and the full reporting cycle
*Cashflow management, treasury oversight, and working-capital visibility
*Oversight of payroll, VAT, PAYE, and statutory compliance across the group
*Annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for new site openings
*Leading and developing a small, capable finance team
*Producing high-quality board packs to support strategic decision-making
About you
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Proven multi-site experience (consumer or hospitality is advantageous)
*Comfortable operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments
*Strong commercial instincts with confident senior-stakeholder presence
*Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with modern finance systems and AI tools
*Available to start immediately
Contract details
*Day rate: £400–£500 per day (Inside IR35)
*4 days per week in the office, plus excellent office perks
*Initial 6-month contract
