Order Processor – Responsibilities
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
*Window order quote processing
*Processing orders for windows, doors and related fenestration products
*Checking order details, specifications and measurements
*Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams
*Ensuring all information is correct before orders are released to production
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Supporting the wider team with general administration
*Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all order documentation
Order Processor – Requirements
*Window order quote processing experience
*Experience in order processing, within windows, doors, or glazing
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
*Comfortable working with product specifications and customer information
*Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with fenestration software, quoting systems or technical drawings is beneficial
Order Processor – Benefits
*Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
*Free on-site car parking
*20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
