Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Night Shunter to join our team based in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled driver looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Shunting vehicles safely within the yard
*Moving vehicles to and from loading bays
*Ensuring all movements are completed efficiently and safely
*Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
*Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
*Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
*Previous shunting experience is essential
*No more than 6 penalty points on licence
*Good understanding of yard operations and safety procedures
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
Assessment & Interview:
All candidates will be required to attend an interview and complete a driving assessment prior to starting.
