Full job description Temporary Senior Finance Officer - Sage Intacct Expert Wanted!
Location : Carlisle
Contract Type : Immediate - 3 months
Are you a numbers whiz who loves both the strategy of finance systems and the hands-on thrill of month-end closing? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Finance Officer who can seamlessly navigate Sage Intacct while rolling up their sleeves for day-to-day transactional duties.
What you’ll do:
*Support month-end and year-end processes with precision.
*Maintain and optimise our Sage Intacct environment - your system savvy keeps us running smoothly.
*Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and other transactional tasks.
*Provide accurate, insightful financial reporting to support business decisions.
What we’re looking for:
*Strong experience in Sage Intacct (or similar ERP systems).
*Hands-on experience with transactional finance duties and month-end processes.
*Keen analytical skills and a knack for spotting efficiencies in finance workflows.
*A proactive, solutions-oriented approach - you don’t just flag problems, you fix them.
