Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator ready to take the next step? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, people-focused business where you’ll play a key role in payroll delivery – with a clear development pathway.
As Senior Payroll Administrator, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great employee experience. You’ll also act as a go-to person within the team, supporting junior colleagues and helping to improve processes as the function continues to evolve.
Key responsibilities
*End-to-end payroll processing across a high-volume environment
*Ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time
*Acting as a point of escalation for payroll queries
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls
*Working closely with HR and Finance teams
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in a senior or experienced payroll role
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
*Confident working with payroll systems and Excel
*A proactive, detail-driven approach
