Description
The responsibilities of the Junior Procurement Advisor:


*Support the sourcing of goods, services, and projects across the organisation
*Assist with supplier management activities, including onboarding, performance, and contracts
*Contribute to tendering, quotation reviews, and commercial negotiations
*Work with internal teams to provide procurement guidance and ensure requirements are met
*Help drive value by identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting process improvements
Profile
A successful Junior Procurement Advisor should have:


*Experience in procurement or a related role (typically 1+ year)
*Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build relationships
*Good analytical and problem-solving capability
*Proficient in standard office tools, with willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIPS)
