Description
Your responsibilities as the Procurement Advisor:
*Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to organisational objectives
*Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, performance, and value
*Lead sourcing activities, including market analysis and contract negotiation
*Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
*Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and support effective procurement decisions
Profile
A successful Procurement Advisor should have:
*Proven experience in procurement and contract management (typically 3+ years)
*3 Years working withing CIPS
*Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practice
*Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*Analytical and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail
*Proficient in standard office tools, particularly spreadsheet software
