We’re recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Client Support Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial services business in Wimborne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth and professional service throughout their journey.
The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and supportive team with excellent long-term career prospects and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Adviser Support
*Arrange and coordinate annual review appointments with clients
*Book follow-up and ad-hoc meetings where required
*Prepare client meeting documentation and review packs
*Support advisers with day-to-day administration
*Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
*Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams
Business Processing & Administration
*Process new business applications and investment cases
*Prepare and manage supporting documentation
*Assist with fund switches, encashments, and drawdown administration
*Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
*Maintain up-to-date client records within CRM systems
*Liaise with providers and external administration teams where required
Compliance & Quality
*Complete AML and ID verification checks
*Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and GDPR requirements
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Follow internal processes and service standards at all times
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
*Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*A proactive and team-focused approach
Experience supporting Financial Advisers, Wealth Management teams, or working within pensions/investments would be highly advantageous, although not essential.

*Office-based role in Wimborne
*Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events
