About You*Strong Employee Benefits consulting experience, ideally across Healthcare and/or Group Risk
*Proven leadership experience within a client facing environment
*Commercially strong with P&L responsibility experience
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong knowledge of the UK Employee Benefits market
