*5 days in the office, 9.30am – 6pm

A boutique law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and creative individual looking to develop their career within a professional services environment. The role is 5 days in the office!
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing pitch documents, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients
*Managing and scheduling content for the firm’s LinkedIn page
*Drafting and coordinating office newsletters and communications
*Researching prospective clients and market opportunities
*Assisting with legal directory and award submissions
*Organising and supporting client events and networking initiatives
*Coordinating and recording podcast content for the firm’s website
*Liaising with external publications to arrange features and coverage
*Researching new tools and technologies to enhance client services and office efficiency
Requirements:
*Previous marketing, business development, or communications experience preferred
*Strong written communication and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Degree educated
*Experience with LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms advantageous
