Full job descriptionAre you an experienced electrician with a passion for clean energy? We’re partnering with a leading renewable energy organisation based just outside Ipswich to find a skilled and motivated electrician to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your electrical expertise into a sector that’s genuinely making a difference. You’ll be working on exciting renewable energy projects — including solar installations — with a well-established business that’s at the forefront of the energy transition.

What the role involves:
Working on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable energy systems including solar PV. You’ll be part of a supportive technical team, with projects based primarily from their site just outside Ipswich.

What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a qualified electrician (18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 as a minimum) with hands-on experience in renewable energy or solar installations. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you’ll take pride in the quality and safety of your work. Ideally you’ll be based within commuting distance of Ipswich.

What’s on offer:
A salary of up to £42,000 depending on experience plus a van and benefits, with the chance to build a long-term career in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors.
