Large Banking Client
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to join a high-performing technology team within a major banking client, supporting a digital mortgage platform.
This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll play a critical part in driving agile best practices, enabling teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a modern tech stack.
The Role
As a Scrum Master, you will:
*Lead and facilitate 2-week sprint cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
*Drive delivery across features and roadmap commitments
*Work closely with multiple Scrum teams to ensure alignment and dependencies are managed
*Act as a true Agile practitioner, embedding best practices and continuous improvement
*Balance servant leadership with delivery ownership (approx. 50/50 split)
*Support teams working on the online mortgage channel, ensuring smooth product delivery

What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment
*Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery practices
*Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
*Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
*Exposure to banking or financial services (preferred, not essential)
*Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Working Pattern
*Hybrid model - 1 day per week onsite
*London: flexible (often Friday availability)
*Edinburgh: typically, Wednesdays
