Full job descriptionAn opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a market-leading team, supporting a flagship client offering. You will focus on know-how, client-facing content, and innovation, helping deliver a high-quality, scalable employment law service.

Description
This role sits within a dedicated Employment, Pensions and Immigration team and is closely aligned to a flagship subscription-based HR advisory product, delivering fixed-fee employment law support to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
*Maintaining and updating online employment law content for clients
*Managing and developing an employment document library
*Creating client-facing tools, guidance and training materials
*Monitoring legal developments and producing practical updates
*Drafting and maintaining precedents, checklists and guidance notes
*Delivering training to both clients and internal teams
*Supporting lawyers to improve efficiency and consistency
*Contributing to product development, innovation and process improvement
*Identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings, including additional services
*Supporting on projects and undertaking a small amount of fee-earning work
Profile
Requirements*Qualified Employment lawyer with strong UK employment law experience
*Proven ability in drafting, research and legal analysis
*Strong communication skills, including presenting and training
*Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
*Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
*Interest in legal innovation and improving service delivery
*Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
*Experience in a PSL/knowledge role is beneficial but not essential
