Location: London - multiple roles and locations / areas available
Salary: £26,441 – £28,460 DOE + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £60,000+)
Hours: 40 hours per week, including one late evening. Flexible working hours to suit operational needs.
Must have Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:
*Attending residential and commercial addresses to carry out debt recovery activity
*Completing income and expenditure assessments with customers
*Negotiating affordable repayment arrangements and securing payments in full where appropriate
*Managing your own daily workload and appointments
*Completing relevant reports and case documentation accurately
*Taking control of goods where required in line with regulations and company procedures
