Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include, but are not limited to:
*Engage with customers across multiple channels, including telephone, live chat, and email, to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
*Manage and progress inbound leads efficiently, taking a proactive approach to converting enquiries into sales
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value for customers while contributing to team revenue targets
*Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, building trust and long-term confidence
*Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised support throughout the customer journey
*Ensure every customer interaction is positive, seamless, and memorable, encouraging repeat business and loyalty
*Use strong product knowledge to guide customers and simplify the decision-making process
*Track individual performance and contribute towards team targets and wider business objectives
*Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service delivery
*Share ideas and feedback to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
*Use CRM systems and internal tools to manage customer communications and track leads
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to support reporting and follow-up
*Balance multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
What You Will Need to Apply:

*A customer-first mindset with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
*Confidence using CRM systems and standard IT tools.
*A collaborative team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
*Comfortable working flexibly across shifts, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
What You Will Get in Return:
This is a full-time, hybrid role that offers flexibility between home and office working, fully supported by a strong remote working setup. The position provides a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, with realistic on-target earnings of approximately £35,000.
You will be joining a collaborative, customer-focused organisation built on teamwork, ownership, and transparency, with access to ongoing learning and development opportunities. The role also includes regular team and company-wide social events, no formal dress code, and a generous staff discount on products.
