This role offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a qualified professional seeking exposure within a structured, international finance environment.

*Exposure to German accounting standards, overseas reporting, or international group structures
The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and supporting business performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
*Budgeting and forecasting, working closely with operational stakeholders
*Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close processes
*Supporting group reporting requirements and adherence to reporting deadlines
*Business partnering with non-finance teams to provide financial insight
*Cashflow forecasting and working capital analysis
*Assisting with year-end accounts and audit processes
*Continuous improvement of financial controls, processes, and reporting
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Strong background in management accounting within a commercial environment
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
*Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience beneficial
*Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
