Project Manager (Technical) x3

We are seeking three Technical Project Managers to join a growing aerospace programme, supporting the development of cutting-edge electric motors and generator systems for hybrid aircraft for our client, a leading aerospace company based in Buckinghamshire.


The Project Managers will play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects-from early requirements capture through to design, modification, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities*Manage the delivery of technical engineering projects across new and legacy programmes
*Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met
*Challenge assumptions, proactively identify risks, and escalate when required
*Work closely with senior stakeholders, engineers, and customers
*Drive progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved
*Support planning activities across tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
What You’ll Be Working On*Aerospace systems including electric motors, generators, and control units
*Hybrid aircraft technologies operating at high performance (e.g. high RPM systems)
*A mix of: *New product development projects
*Customer-driven modification programmes
*Ongoing legacy projects



Skills & Experience Required
*Experience with planning tools (e.g. Planisware, Primavera, MS Project)
*Proven experience delivering technical or engineering projects
*Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior teams
*Experience running meetings, tracking actions, and driving accountability
*Background in safety critical industries, such as aerospace, automotive, or similar engineering environments
