The Job:
The purpose of the role is to manage the full credit control cycle, ensuring overdue invoices are chased promptly and professionally:
*Credit checking new customers.
*Creating new customer accounts.
*Credit control using written and verbal communication.
*Dealing with queries.
*Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
*Posting and allocating payments.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
*Proven credit control experience is essential.
*Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
*You will be proactive, able to work on your own initiative and take ownership.
