We are currently recruiting for an experienced Backshift Supervisor to join a growing logistics company within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated leader with strong supervisory experience looking to progress within an expanding business.

Key Duties:
*Supervising and supporting backshift logistics operations to ensure smooth daily performance
*Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet productivity and operational targets
*Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and workflow
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
*Managing shift planning and staff allocation effectively
*Maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
*Reporting operational issues and implementing solutions quickly
Supporting the training and development of team members
Requirements:
*Previous supervisory or team leader experience within logistics, warehouse, or
*Operational environments
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
*Good problem-solving and organisational skills
*Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
*Knowledge of health & safety procedures
