We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Optical Assistant to become part of a stylish and modern team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and luxury eyewear styling.
The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a premium customer experience by:
*Meeting and greeting customers with exceptional service
*Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
*Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
*Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
*Providing personal styling advice across glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
*Fitting and repairing spectacles
*Supporting with contact lens teaches
