A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to join a well-established Real Estate team in Glasgow. This position offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, providing key administrative and organisational support to a busy team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being highly organised and is looking to continue developing a long-term career in professional support. Previous legal or professional services experience would be advantageous, though candidates with strong administrative backgrounds will also be considered.


The Role
Responsibilities are likely to include:
*Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to a busy team
*Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging travel where required
*Supporting document preparation, correspondence and file management
*Assisting with finance-related administration and wider team processes
*Building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative working environment
*Helping ensure tasks are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
Successful candidates are likely to have:
*Previous administration, PA or team support experience
*Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
*Confident communication skills and a professional approach
*Strong Microsoft Office capability and comfort learning new systems
*A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
