We’re looking for reliable and compassionate Teaching Assistants who can step in and support Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils in schools across East London - especially in Newham & Tower Hamlets as well as Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, and surrounding areas.
Whether it’s covering for staff sickness, family emergencies, or short-term absences, your role will be essential in keeping schools running smoothly and ensuring every child continues to get the support they need.
About the Role:*Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

*Help pupils develop life skills, manage emotions, and engage with learning

*Work across primary and secondary settings depending on school needs

*Be flexible and ready to adapt to different environments and pupils

*Build strong, supportive relationships with staff and students alike

Key Details:*Hours: 8:00/8:30 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM

*Location: Primarily Newham, plus surrounding East London boroughs

*Pay: £90 - £115 per day

*Age Range: 5 - 19 years

*Needs Supported: Autism, ADHD, SEMH, life skills, 1:1 and group support

*Experience: All levels welcome - full training can be provided
