Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Location: Oldham
Start Date: December 2025 / June 2026
Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term (with potential to become permanent)
is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Oldham.
This exciting full-time opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic Early Years practitioner who is committed to helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning during the crucial early stages of education. The role is due to begin in December 2025, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
The RoleAs an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support children within a nurturing EYFS classroom environment
*Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
*Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning and development
*Encourage children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
*Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*Previous experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school
*A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s learning
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
*A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
