Teaching Assistant - Lower KS2 Location: Oldham
Start Date: ASAP

The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated school team where you will play an important role in supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing high-quality classroom support across Lower KS2
*Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons
*Supporting individual pupils and small groups to help raise attainment and confidence
*Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation in learning
*Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
*Working collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*Have a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
*Be proactive, organised, and reliable in their approach
*Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
*Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Be committed to making a positive impact in the classroom
