Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) Location: Tameside
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term

About the RoleThis full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support children within a nurturing and engaging Early Years setting. Working alongside the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities
*Working closely with the class teacher to promote pupil progress and development
*Providing additional support for children with SEND where required
*Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication development
*Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
*Have experience supporting children with SEND (desirable)
*Be enthusiastic, caring, and proactive in their approach
*Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
*Be committed to supporting children in reaching key developmental milestones
