Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Primary School (Bolton area)
Tradewind Recruitment: September 2025 start
About the Role
*Qualified HLTA (or equivalent Level 4) working across Key Stage 1 & 2.
*Deliver support for whole classes, small groups and 1:1 interventions.
*Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and assessments.
*Support pupils with SEND through structured intervention programmes.
*Supervise breaktimes, outdoor/play activities and transitions.
You’ll bring
*HLTA qualification.
*Proven track record working in KS1/KS2 classrooms supporting curriculum delivery.
*Strong communication skills and positive classroom presence.
*Experience with SEND support strategies and intervention delivery.
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
