Full job descriptionA leading IP firm is looking to recruit a skilled and proactive Trade Mark Secretary to support a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team in London. Working alongside Solicitors, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. You should hold previous Trade Mark Secretary or Trade Mark Paralegal experience to be considered.
Key duties will include organising and maintaining case documentation, tracking deadlines and diary commitments, drafting correspondence and legal documentation, and carrying out a variety of administrative responsibilities. The role will also involve assisting with billing and expenses, together with coordinating meetings and travel arrangements when needed.
