We are working with a well-established financial planning firm seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their team in the heart of Surrey. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Paraplanner looking to take on a broader role within a collaborative and ambitious business.
The Role
*Working closely with 1 or 2 Wealth Advisers, you will undertake high quality research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning, preparing clear and client-centric suitability reports and technical documentation to support the delivery of holistic financial planning advice.
*You will manage complex cases, carry out cashflow modelling and proactively identify future advice opportunities for Wealth Advisers to explore with clients.
*Alongside your client work, you will play an active role in supporting and coaching less experienced members of the paraplanning team, contributing to process improvements and sharing best practice across the business.
About You
*You will be an experienced Paraplanner with a strong technical grounding across all areas of financial planning, including complex advice scenarios.
*You will take pride in producing work that is accurate, compliant and genuinely client focused, with the communication skills to match.
*You will be comfortable taking initiative, managing your workload effectively and contributing positively to the wider team.
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
*Those working towards their Advanced Diploma or Chartered status will be particularly well regarded.
