We are looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy residential property team in Ilkley.
The RoleYou will support fee earners with a range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers. Duties will include:
*Managing files and legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
*Handling searches, Land Registry documents, and completions
*Providing excellent client service and administrative support
