Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour | £29,000 per year (depending on hours, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide a safe, nurturing environment for all children
*Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
*Supervise children during play, meals, and rest times
*Support personal care routines, including nappies and toileting
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
*Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress
About You
*Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
*Passionate about early years education and development
*Eligible to work in the UK
