West London | £70,000–£80,000
A well-established and growing law firm in West London is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead and develop its finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for either:
*an existing Finance Manager within legal services, or
*a Senior Legal Cashier ready to step into a broader leadership role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day finance operations of the firm, ensuring full compliance with Solicitors Accounting Rules and supporting the wider business with financial management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities*Overseeing daily legal accounting and cashiering operations
*Ensuring full compliance with Solicitors Accounting Rules
*Managing client and office accounts
*Supervising and developing finance staff
*Handling reconciliations, reporting, billing and financial controls
*Liaising with Partners and external accountants where required
*Supporting ongoing finance process improvements
Requirements*Strong experience within a law firm finance function
*Excellent working knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Rules
*Experience as either a Finance Manager, Legal Accounts Manager or Senior Legal Cashier
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Package*Salary: £70,000–£80,000
