Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School Opportunities in WarringtonTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support a variety of secondary schools across Warrington.
We are looking to speak with motivated and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people in education. These opportunities can include long-term, short-term, and temporary-to-permanent positions within secondary school settings.
Our partner schools regularly require Behaviour Mentors and classroom-based pastoral support staff to assist with:
*Student engagement and behaviour management
*One-to-one and small group intervention
*Classroom support across KS3 and KS4
*Inclusion and pastoral support
*Promoting positive behaviour and attendance
These roles are ideal for:
*Graduates considering a career in teaching
*Sports coaches
*Youth workers
*Individuals with school-based experience
*Candidates with strong behaviour management skills
The successful candidates will:
*Be confident working with secondary-aged students
*Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Be adaptable, proactive, and resilient
*Have experience working with young people in education, coaching, or mentoring settings
