£60,000 – £70,000 Including Car Allowance

A well-established manufacturing company based in the Ripley area is seeking a Finance Manager to join the business in a key senior finance position, reporting directly to the Financial Director.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, covering management accounts, costing, stock, and operational finance, while also supporting reporting into a larger international group.

Key Responsibilities: *Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Full month-end close including balance sheet reconciliations
*Standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
*BOM maintenance and stock accounting
*Oversight of AP, AR, and day-to-day finance operations
*VAT returns and statutory reporting
*Group reporting and audit support
*Supervision and development of the finance team
*Process and controls improvement across finance operations
Requirements: *Strong manufacturing finance background essential
*Experience with standard costing, BOMs, stock and WIP
*Strong understanding of manufacturing variances and inventory accounting
*Experience producing management accounts and leading month-end processes
*Previous team leadership experience
*Qualified or qualified by experience considered
