A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/MCABE) to join its growing Manchester team.
The business delivers a broad range of commercial surveying and building safety projects across the UK and offers a strong pipeline of work, varied instructions, and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
*Delivering defect diagnosis and condition surveys across commercial assets
*Leading and supporting dilapidations instructions
*Managing project delivery including specifications, tendering and contract administration
*Undertaking technical due diligence
*Reviewing licences to alter
*Supporting reinstatement cost assessments alongside specialist teams
*Contributing to fire safety and building safety remediation projects
*Managing instructions from inception to completion while maintaining client relationships


Requirements
*Chartered status (MRICS / MCABE) - essential
*Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
*Strong commercial property experience
*Proven experience across professional services and project work
*Confident, client-facing communicator
*Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team
*Willingness to travel where required
