Description
*Process and manage supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
*Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
*Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements.
*Communicate and build relationships with suppliers to address queries and payment issues.
*Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
*Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator should have:
*Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role within accounting and finance.
