Our client, who is based near Dartford, is looking for a hands-on Customer Service Team Leader to guide, motivate and develop a small team that takes real pride in supporting their customers from first enquiry all the way through to aftersales care.
Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Salary: £38.000 - £40,000
Location: Near Dartford
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading, supporting and inspiring a team of Customer Service Advisors
*Making sure every customer interaction is accurate, efficient, and delivered with care
*Reviewing enquiries, quotes and orders to keep everything running smoothly
*Helping to shape better processes and support the move towards digital tools
*Holding regular one-to-ones and coaching sessions to keep team morale and motivation high
*Working closely with other departments to strengthen communication
*Tracking key service metrics and spotting opportunities to improve performance
What you’ll bring:
*Experience leading or supervising a customer service or sales support team
*A practical approach to process improvement
*Confidence with CRM/ERP systems and data management (Excel skills a plus!)
*A natural communicator who’s both empathetic and efficient
*Organised, analytical, and full of ideas to make the customer journey even better
