Full job descriptionPeople 4 Property are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established independent estate agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their successful residential sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Progression Coordinator, Property Administrator, or Estate Agency professional who enjoys managing property transactions and delivering outstanding customer service — all whilst benefiting from a Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.

The Role – Sales ProgressorAs a Sales Progressor, you will take ownership of residential property sales once an offer has been agreed, ensuring transactions progress smoothly through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing the full sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion
*Liaising daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other estate agents
*Chasing documentation, searches, mortgage offers and outstanding enquiries
*Proactively resolving issues to minimise delays and maintain momentum
*Providing regular progress updates to all parties involved
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times
RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within residential sales progression or estate agency administration
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*The ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Good knowledge of the UK residential property sales process
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
What’s on Offer*Basic salary up to £25,000
*Commission paid on completed sales
*Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
