With Investors in People Gold status and a proud history dating back to 1961, we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our branch on an ongoing temporary contract.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:
*Support with administrative tasks
*Support managing stakeholder relationships
*Learn how to source and attract candidates through advertising and search methods
*Interviewing candidates and preparing them for the team to present them to clients
*Answering calls and dealing with queries as required
*Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

*A background in a customer-related role
*A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
*Strong organisational skills
*Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed
*Willingness to learn and develop
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking
The Recruitment Administrator role:
*Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on Friday
*£13 - £14 per hour depending on experience
*Ongoing temporary assignment with a leading recruitment company
