We are currently working with a range of supportive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Tameside and surrounding areas who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) across multiple subject areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in schools that offer strong mentoring, structured induction, and genuine long-term development.
We are looking for graduates who are:*Completing a PGCE, SCITT or equivalent teacher training programme
*Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact
*Confident delivering engaging lessons to secondary-aged pupils
*Eager to complete a structured ECT induction programme
*Professional, reflective, and committed to development
