Contract: 12 months
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)


Overview
You will own the end-to-end delivery of advertising packages for clients campaigns, working closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution-managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all assets and deliverables are in place for successful campaign delivery.


What You’ll Do
*Own campaign delivery from post-sale handover through to launch
*Drive timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
*Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, and clients
*Manage asset collection and approvals, ensuring completeness and quality
*Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates
*Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
*Support campaign activations where required (including occasional on-site presence)


What We’re Looking For
*2-4 years of experience in project management, marketing, or content operations
*Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*Confident communicator with client-facing experience
*Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
*Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving outcomes
*Familiarity with social media or digital advertising is a plus
*Agency experience is a bonus
