We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent financial planning firm for an experienced Financial Adviser (Chartered or Diploma-qualified) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working in a client-focused, holistic financial planning environment, delivering high-quality advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and wider wealth management.
The role sits within a professional and supportive environment where advisers are encouraged to build long-term client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies that support clients at every stage of their financial journey.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide regulated financial advice across a broad range of areas, including:
*Retirement planning and pension consolidation
*Investment and portfolio planning
*Tax-efficient financial planning strategies
*Wealth preservation and long-term financial structuring
*Inheritance and estate planning considerations
*Ongoing client reviews and portfolio management
You will be responsible for managing an existing client bank while also developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and referrals.
Working closely with paraplanners and administrative support, you will ensure all advice is delivered accurately, compliantly, and to a high professional standard.






Key Responsibilities
*Deliver holistic financial advice in line with FCA regulations
*Conduct in-depth fact finds and produce tailored financial plans
*Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients
*Provide ongoing reviews and adapt financial strategies as needed
*Work collaboratively with internal support teams to deliver seamless client service
*Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
*Maintain accurate client records and documentation
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (minimum requirement)
*Chartered status or working towards Chartered status (desirable)
*Proven experience as a Financial Adviser within financial planning or wealth management
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to manage a client bank independently
*Strong understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements
*A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
