Description
The Planning Solicitor will be:


* Advising on major infrastructure, energy and strategic residential development projects
* Working with national developers, landowners and corporate clients on complex planning matters
* Working closely with public sector organisations and infrastructure providers
* Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non contentious planning work
* Drafting and negotiating planning agreements and related documentation
* Working with senior lawyers on large scale and high profile development projects
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships


Profile
The Planning Solicitor should be / have;


* A solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in planning law
* Experienced in handling planning and development matters within private practice or local government
* Comfortable advising clients on a range of planning related issues
* Commercially minded with strong communication skills
** Interested in working on major infrastructure, energy and residential development projects
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £67,000 to £80,000 per annum.
*Bonus of up to 35%.
*25 days of annual leave.
