Full job descriptionWe have a great opportunity here for a Sampling compounder to join a well established team within a great company. If you have compounder experience we want to hear from you today!
The Role
To accurately weigh out products in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and health and safety guidelines. To work aspart of a team, maintaining all aspects of Health, Safety and hygiene. Communicating with other departments on any issues to ensure we maintain a high level of customer service to our Sales colleagues.
Tasks and Responsibilities
*Confirming pots/paperwork making sure they are correct and matching each other
*Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
*Compound RM’s according to the formulation
*Ensuring use of raw materials in FIFO order
*Making sure completed jobs are combined and then check weighed before packing
*Complete jobs on BMS and on the paperwork as required
*Report any errors or spills immediately
*Ensuring all health, safety & hygiene procedures are followed
*Any other tasks required as part of daily work
Skills and Attributes Required
*Enthusiastic and a team player
*Excellent self-motivation with the ability to work on one’s own
*Good IT skills
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
*Excellent Numeracy & communication skills
*Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, under pressure on occasion
*Good time management
The shift pattern for this vacancy is 2pm to 10pm, with a 20% shift allowance, Monday to Friday.
Salary depending on experience is around £26,000.
