Full job descriptionA growing and ambitious organisation is looking to appoint an FBP to join its evolving finance function during a significant period of transformation and expansion. This is a highly visible role focused on stakeholder engagement, forecasting, commercial insight, and supporting better financial decision-making across the business.
Working closely with senior finance leadership and the wider FP&A team, you will partner with a range of operational and commercial stakeholders across multiple income streams and departments.
The roleYou will:
*Partner with stakeholders across operational and commercial teams
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reforecasting
*Produce cashflow forecasts and forward-looking financial analysis
*Provide meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making
*Build strong relationships with budget holders and improve financial understanding
*Support annual budgeting and longer-term planning
*Help improve reporting, processes, and financial visibility across the organisation
About you*Experience within FBP, FP&A, or a commercially focused finance role
*Qualified, part-qualified, or actively studying (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong Excel and analytical skills, including forecasting and modelling
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working within changing environments
Experience with Power BI, finance system improvements, or retail/charity environments would be advantageous but not essential.
