Job Purpose*Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions
*Drive sales of the influenza vaccine portfolio within Primary Care
*Support and coordinate field-based sales orders and activities
*Manage stock scheduling and customer delivery expectations
Customer Responsibilities*Handle customer calls, emails, enquiries, complaints, and product information requests
*Promote Seqirus products and services to maximise sales opportunities
*Analyse customer accounts to identify needs and generate sales leads
*Arrange meetings and gather market/customer insights when required
Qualifications & Skills*Degree educated in life sciences, business, or related field
*Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills
*Proven ability to achieve business targets and deliver customer service
