Job Description:
Package: £26K-27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K-45K OTE Year 1)

*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
