This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing clients, and supporting admin staff in finding the right opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and drivers
*Sourcing, screening, and registering All admin staff
*Managing bookings and ensuring driver availability
*Conducting compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
*Developing new business opportunities within the Commercial sector
*Providing excellent customer service and ongoing support
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous recruitment ideally have a good understand of an admin desk
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Confident handling multiple tasks and priorities
*Target-driven with a positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence preferred
